A WORLD LED BY HEALTH CARE is a speculative design proposal where power comes from health instead of wealth. The society is communistic, providing citizens with basic needs like living space and food. Citizens must wear a health care wristband that tracks vital signs, to ensure the populations health, and serves as an identification paper for check-ins, purchases, and monitoring movement.
The visuals of A WORLD LED BY HEALTH CARE are inviting and reassuring, while creating a slight feeling of discomfort in the audience. The art directorial decisions are empathising on the clean and sterile appearance of the fictional world, using an artificial voice over within the video message, and minimalistic graphics.
